      Bourgogne Blanc made naturally from single-variety Aligoté that are from vines over 40 years old and planted in clay-calcareous soils, aged for 10 months in stainless steel tanks with no addition of sulphur and bottled without any filtering. Though Aligoté is generally considered as a second-class grape variety, it is truly shining - elegant and delicate - under the 'magical' hands of Yann Durieux

      Ullages of all wines offered are top shoulder or better, unless otherwise stated. Although we strive to find wines in their best condition, the Customer must make appropriate allowances for natural variations of ullages, conditions of cases, labels and corks for old wines. We do not accept return wines for any reason, including corked wines.

      Free shipping for any purchase over HK$1,000 including address on Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and the New Territories as well as self-pickup orders. Delivery charges HK$100 for orders below HKD$1,000. Extra cost may apply when shipping to the outlying islands; please consult us for detail.
